If any Kydex Customs holster, sheath, carrier, mount, or accessory develops a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair it or replace it. For life. For free.
It does not matter where it was bought or who owns it now.
If it is a genuine Kydex Customs product, it is covered for its entire lifespan.
We build our gear to be used in real conditions.
If something fails because of a defect, we will put it right.

Hardware or structural failures under normal use
What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (marks, scuffs, fading, scratches, etc.)

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or heavy modification

Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

Lost screws or hardware, although we will supply replacements at a subsidised price.
How to Make a Claim

A short description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the claim and respond within a few business days.
If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
If a direct replacement is not available, we will offer an equivalent product or store credit.
Shipping

Customers cover the cost of sending the item to us.

We cover return shipping on approved warranty claims.
Our Word
If it carries the Kydex Customs name, it was built with intent, and it is supported for life.
If a defect appears, we will take care of it.
